Kathy is different because she has lived what she teaches.

There is perhaps no better advocate of the powerful benefits of coaching than Kathy herself. After the loss of three children and two divorces left her in financial and emotional strife, she met a professional mentor that helped her turn her own life around. By applying the skills she learned, she moved from Seattle to San Diego and went from living month-to-month as a single mother of two to being a top business leader in her field.

Kathy quickly became a six-figure income earner as a San Diego VP and Sales Manager, leading a team of almost 50 sales people. She thoroughly enjoyed the freedom of sales and the ability to create personal relationships with the people she was helping. She specialized in marketing and adopted a team approach, helping her clients build their businesses with great success. The more successful they became, the more success she enjoyed as well.

In 1996, Kathy saw an opportunity to help others navigate the personal and professional stages of their lives - as she had done for herself, her team members and her clients. She left the security of the corporate world and went on to found On Track Success Coaching, building her practice from the ground up.

Since then, Kathy has been running a successful business by helping her clients create their own perfect version of their lives. She ignites the passion within them by helping them define their values and weave more purpose into their everyday endeavors. She takes great joy in watching her clients grow, measurably improving their happiness, quality of life and prosperity.

An accomplished speaker and author on the national stage, Kathy’s coaching work has been featured in Good Housekeeping, Copley Press, San Diego Union Tribune, San Diego Magazine, and the award-winning Heart of a Military Woman.  Kathy was also a contributor to the 2010 and 2012 Editions of the Gratitude Book Project: Celebrating 365 Days of Gratitude.
