We help you to identify your own core values in order to give you a valid compass for direction in all major decision-making. Our coaching helps you clarify what kind of life you want; how you’ll create it; and how to be in touch with your heart desires. We assist clients in their relationships. With coaching our single clients have entered into and gone through the dating process resulting in several marriages. Our clients have redesigned and recreated their lives to work uniquely well for them. The philosopher Socrates said, “Know Thyself”. We help our clients on this path and more importantly, to like themselves and love their life. We teach the Passionate Life Approach which connects you consciously to your joy and energy.

Career Coaching
Over the years, many of our clients have come to us wanting change with their current career. Some have wanted coaching assistance to improve their performance or teamwork skills. Some have wanted help with interviewing or communications skills. Some have sought promotions to higher levels within their company, or it has been time for a career change. We have helped guide this change by supporting skills for the interview process, including role modeling. With our focus and support, most of our clients have significantly improved their income and their fulfillment within their careers. Some have chosen to leave the corporate arena to become successful entrepreneurs.

Business Coaching
We coach a very diverse group of many small or mid-level business owners and professionals with all aspects of their business growth. Learning how to manage your time and create a supportive working environment supports your business growth. From the strategic business plan design and goal setting to the actions steps, coaching supports the growth and success of the business and the personal balance of the owner. Turning an idea or a hobby into a business is fun and exciting for us. Each of our coaches are experienced as small business owners and have created good businesses. Each understands the risks and the leaps of faith when starting and growing a business.

Spiritual Coaching
We coach clients of many faiths and views. Our coaching from the heart rests on values of respect and tolerance for the Divine diversity. Many clients have come to us seeking a more personal understanding of their life purpose and a more personal spiritual practice. We teach affirmations, visualization, meditation, and visioning skills. This is an area where we explore your own personal views and examine how you see yourself fitting into the Universe and your legacy to it. We look at your thoughts of abundance and prosperity and how that creates and supports your current reality of harmony and good. You are encouraged to explore your spirituality through reading, journaling, and the arts.
